Utility room floor repair
Sections of floor joists had to be replaced with new joists that were sandwiched in
Leaking washing machine in the utility room has caused the floor boards and joists to rot
After the floor joists were all fixed new plywood floor has been put down ready for new vinyl flooring
Kitchen worktop fix
This kitchen worktop has seen better days
Lots of stains and water marks on this worktop
After lots of sanding and a couple coats of oil this worktop looks like new
Sanding has removed all of the stains and the oil gave it the shine and protection it needed
